Seamus is the Director of Vraxis Safety Solutions.

Seamus completed his first ever Health & Safety Qualification in 2008, left the ambulance service in 2016 and since then Seamus has been working in Health & Safety/ Facilities Management roles, in 2018 Seamus decided to specialise in Fire Safety Risk Management.

In 2021 Seamus decided to start a business which provides high quality Fire Risk Management Training Solutions including Ofqual regulated qualifications and bespoke training courses in Fire Safety and Fire Risk Management.

As well as being responsible for the day to day operations of the business, Seamus also provides Health & Safety Consultancy, Delivers, Assesses and provides Internal Quality Assurance across the qualifications Vraxis Safety Solutions delivers. 

In 2019 Seamus became a governing council member of the British Fire Services Association, then in March 2021 Seamus became the Vice-Chairman of the British Fire Services Association and in October 2022 Seamus became the Nation Chairman of the British Fire Services Association.

Matt joined Vraxis Safety Solutions in June 2023 after 32 years of Service with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire & Rescue Service, where he led the way as a watch manager and station officer as a firefighter, in the control room and more recently seconded to lead the communications systems within the service.

In 2019 Matt became a governing council member of the British Fire Services Association, then in October 2020 Matt became the National Chairman of the British Fire Services Association.

In March 2024 Matt joined the training and development team within Vraxis and has undertaken his Internal Quality Assurance Qualifications to assist in the growth of the Qualification Development and Delivery within the business.

In 2025 Matt adobted the Role of Training Centre Manager of Vraxis Safety Solutions, ensuring the smooth running and management of the training, including bookings, registrations through to certification.

Ian joined Vraxis Safety Solutions in June 2025 as Operations Manager, bringing with him over 22 years of experience in leadership roles across highly regulated industries. 

With a strong background in operations and people management, HR, legal, finance, and project management, Ian ensures that compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement remain at the core of our business.

Qualified to SVQ level in Leadership and Management and certified as both a Lean Coach and Green Belt Sigma practitioner, Ian is passionate about driving operational excellence that deliver real, measurable improvements. 

His expertise in business improvement and project delivery plays a key role in strengthening the Vraxis team and enhancing the quality of services we provide to our clients.

Robert joined Vraxis Safety Solutions as a Fire Consultant in April 2024 after undertaking the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment qualification.

Coming from a non-fire/safety background, Robert has gone from  strength to strength improving his knowledge and skills and has since completed qualifications in Advanced Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Door Inspections and Fire Stopping Inspections.

Jamie joined Vraxis Safety Solutions in January 2025 as a Fire Safety Tutor.

Jamie has a strong background in Fire Risk Assessment and brings with him years of experience in Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Alarm Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance along with Fire Extingusiher Servicing.

Jamie is responsible for Designing and Delivering our range of Fire Safety Qualifications.

Michelle joined Vraxis Safety Solutions in April 2024 as a qualifications assessor after undertaking the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment qualification and Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.

Michelle brings a skillset in Learning & Development from the NHS where she was resonsible for the development of operating department staff.

Michelle holds the Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment and the Level 3 Award in Fire Door Inspection and will be supporting our learners in their journey to achieving their qualifications.
